How We Work With Clients

We always start partnerships with our hotel marketing clients by visiting the property for a night or two and meeting with key personnel. We then produce a strategy document that outlines a year-long marketing plan. Then we dive into the day-to-day management of services.

We charge a set monthly fee, and costs can range from $6,000/mo at the high end, which would include mostly everything on the list above, to a pared down version at about $1,000/mo.

Of course, year-long contracts may not fit your needs. That’s why we’re proud to offer one-time marketing plan packages. Our hotel marketing agency experts will visit your property for a few days, asking you tons of questions along the way. We then spend a few weeks researching everything about your market, your competition and your goals. Because we’ve stayed at hundreds and hundreds of properties all over the US, we’ll perform an operational audit as well, and may recommend everything from upgraded linens to an overhauled yield management system. We’ll then present to you a marketing plan. In it, you’ll find a summary of your property’s brand and major messaging points. Deeper in, you’ll find pages upon pages of analysis of your current operations, and tried-and-true strategy for future marketing and operational success.
